Meet Our Chef and Owner – Paula Sellers
Our company was started in 1996 by Chef and Owner Paula Sellers. The company started in Charleston, South Carolina and served the finest southern ladies and gentlemen in the city. Chef Paula has always enjoyed cooking and loved to share her passion for food with those around her. She started the company as a hobby after helping a few friends and slowly become more well known in the Charleston area. Twenty years later Chef Paula has even catered for a local Charleston favorite, Darius Rucker. Ms. Paula has also catered for Charleston’s elite including the prestigious Steinberg Law Firm. If you enjoy the taste of a little TLC (Tender Loving Care) in your food, ask for Chef Paula. She is always willing to sprinkle a little more of her secret ingredient (TLC) into your food.
